Do you provide samples?

Yes, we provide samples for most products. Standard samples of low-value items are usually free, but the quantity is limited to 1–2 pieces. Customers are expected to cover the shipping cost. For customized or high-value products, sampling charges may apply.

What is your lead time?

For standard products, our lead time is usually 3–15 days. Customized products may take 20–35 days depending on the complexity and quantity.

Do you accept OEM/ODM customization?

Yes, OEM & ODM are welcome. We can customize dimensions, materials, packaging, and branding according to your requirements.

What payment terms do you support?

We typically accept T/T (bank transfer) 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C is negotiable for larger orders.

How do you guarantee product quality?

All our products are manufactured under strict quality control with testing procedures before shipment. Some products comply with ASTM/CE/UL standards where applicable.

How do you ship orders?

We ship worldwide by sea, air, or courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx). We can also arrange CIF, FOB, or door-to-door delivery depending on your request.

What warranty do you provide?

Most of our products come with a 12-month warranty. For long-term partners, we provide extended technical support and after-sales service.
