Product Description
Our Plastic-Steel Composite Shell Coil Heat Exchanger is engineered for compact heat pump systems requiring efficient heat transfer, stable water flow performance, and enhanced corrosion resistance.
This unit uses a composite structure with an optimized coil heat transfer core, supporting R410A refrigerant, and can be used either as a condenser or evaporator depending on system design.
We offer two inner tube material options to match different application needs:
- TP2 copper inner tube: excellent thermal conductivity and cost efficiency
- TA1 titanium inner tube: enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding applications
Each model is supplied with a defined water flow range and corresponding performance parameters (BTU/h and kW), making it easier for OEM customers to select the suitable size for heat pump or chiller projects.
Customization available for inlet/outlet sizes (D1/D2) and installation dimensions (S1/S2) based on your equipment layout.
